Refunds:
NIPTXY does not offer refunds on its Early Pregnancy Gender Predictor Kits.
Returns:
If your kit is completely damaged upon arrival, you may be eligible for a replacement. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
To request a replacement:
- Contact NIPTXY customer support within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and a description of the damage.
- NIPTXY will review your request and provide further instructions if your claim is approved.
